In the narrow bustling lanes of Old Delhi, our grandfathers started roasting besan over slow charcoal embers, believing that true mithai cannot be rushed. Every batch was stirred by hand, testing the fragrance of simmering chashni and freshly cracked cardamom.
Today, we hold fast to those exact copper kadhais. While our packaging keeps pace with modern kitchens to lock in the chai-time crunch, our sourcing remains stubbornly traditional—stone-ground whole grains, single-origin spices, and no commercial shortcuts.

Batches are simmered over steady wood or low gas fires in brass vessels, seasoned with freshly tempered spices.
Traditional laddoos, pinni, and rasgullas are rolled by seasoned artisans whose craft spans decades of touch and intuition.
